Interior fit-out of Gartal headquarters – reception, meeting tables, kitchen, and bar counter.

The interior fit-out of GARTAL’s headquarters included a complete bespoke solution – from the reception area, meeting room tables, storage cabinets, and custom shelving systems, to the kitchen and bar table.

The scope covered the production and installation of steel shelving systems, lacquered glass surfaces, and extensive bespoke constructions.

The visible part of the reception desk is finished with a lacquered concrete microtopping for enhanced durability, complemented by a backlit stainless-steel plinth. Lacquered glass is integrated between the rear sections of the reception desk. The internal area of the reception includes storage units and a work desk.

Individual offices are fitted with custom storage furniture made from birch plywood, including bespoke shelving systems in specified colour finishes. Office walls are clad with birch plywood panels in defined formats.

The project also includes a kitchen table measuring 3,700 × 800 mm, finished with a concrete microtopping surface. The table is supported by a steel structure recessed below floor level, with the structure clad in lacquered tempered glass. All elements were manufactured and supplied in-house.

The kitchen is made of lacquered MDF and recessed into a niche, with a total length of 8,200 mm. The worktop is made of FENIX, featuring an undermounted sink. The backsplash consists of a 1 mm thick stainless-steel sheet, produced from a single piece measuring 3,000 × 1,520 mm. Shelves are clad in the same finish as the worktop.

In the meeting rooms, tables are mounted on steel structures integrated below floor level, with bases finished in concrete microtopping, executed without visible material joints.

The project was particularly demanding in terms of time management, coordination with an ongoing construction site, and collaboration with more than 10 different trades, as well as the production of bespoke steel structures and glass elements, which were subsequently lacquered.
